Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Pasado account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what happens to your data, and how to reach us. It applies to the Pasado app on iOS and Android and to the web app at pasadoapp.com. Pasado is operated by Seed Within Digital Inc.

How to delete your account

  • In-app: Go to Account Settings → Delete Account (available on iOS, Android, and web). This deletes your account immediately.
  • Email request: If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to hello@pasadoapp.com from the email address on your account. Include your full name and registered email so we can verify your identity (we may ask for additional information to confirm it before processing). We will action a valid request within 30 days, in accordance with applicable law.

What happens when you delete your account

Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible — there is no grace period and no recovery window.

  • Personal information is deleted. Your name, email, profile details, login sessions, and account settings are permanently and immediately removed. This cannot be undone.
  • Learning history is anonymized. Your practice answers and learning analytics are kept only in anonymized form, stripped of any link to you, so we can keep improving Pasado's questions and explanations for future students. We cannot trace this anonymized data back to you.
  • Certain financial records are anonymized. Payment and subscription records are retained in anonymized form for the period required by law (for example, Philippine tax record-keeping requirements). This retention is permitted under applicable data-protection law as a legal obligation.

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your account does notautomatically cancel subscriptions you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those are store-controlled — to stop future charges, cancel your subscription directly through your Apple or Google account settings. Web subscriptions billed through Stripe are canceled when you delete your account.
